Boston Public Library makes "ecards" available to any resident of Massachusetts or any student attending a school in Massachusetts. Ecards can be obtained at the BPL site. Several helpful research databases are available with a BPL eCard.
Residents of Massachusetts are welcome to use any branch locations of the Boston Public Library as well.
